Where Can we go?

I work from a place of acceptance and patience. It's legitimately okay to not feel okay. As a matter of fact, we cannot live our whole lives feeling okay every minute. Let's discover together how to process and accept these feelings that are uncomfortable in our daily lives so we don't have to continue to feel overwhelmed.

I practice from a person-centered approach. What is important to you right now is important to me right now. I encourage my clients to embrace radical acceptance, practice mindfulness, and exercise self-compassion. I recognize the value of and apply DBT (Dialectical Behavior Therapy) skills to many sessions. I am EMDR trained for working with trauma. More than anything, I'm here. While I possess a lot of useful tools, it's ultimately the human in me that is going to help the human in you.
